Construction Industry Customization

Customer Requirements: An international commercial complex project required 6-meter extra-long curtain wall profiles, which needed to meet 30-year corrosion resistance in a high-salt coastal environment, aesthetic requirements of seamless joints for the extra-long dimensions, and typhoon-resistant strength standards.
Solution: HOMI adopted a customized anodizing process (720-hour salt spray test certification) and high-precision CNC cutting technology. Through 14 extrusion production lines, continuous production of 6-meter extra-long profiles was achieved, combined with EPDM rubber sealing strips for seamless waterproof sealing.
Results: Successfully applied to a 50,000 square meter curtain wall project. The corrosion resistance of the profiles passed testing by international authoritative institutions, and the wind pressure resistance reached the standard of a Category 12 typhoon. The project was nominated for the "Luban Prize," customer procurement costs were reduced by 18%, and the construction period was shortened by 25%.
